Join us for a 1-Day Basketball Team Tryout Preparation Clinic, where we will help athletes improve their skills in a fun way!

The clinic will be held at Seabrook Intermediate 2401 E Myer Ave, Seabrook, TX.

  • Decision making - Basketball IQ

Assumption of Risk (Texas)

I understand and acknowledge that participating in basketball and sports activities—including training, practices, games, camps, conditioning, open gym, and related events—carries inherent risks, such as: physical contact with other participants; slips, falls, collisions, or equipment-related injuries; muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, or serious bodily injuries; illness, overexertion, or other unforeseen hazards.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my child’s participation, whether such risks arise from ordinary activity, the condition of facilities, or the actions or inactions of others.

Release of Liability (Texas Negligence Notice)

I, on behalf of myself and my minor child, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge: All In Basketball Academy, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, trainers, volunteers, independent contractors, facility owners, facility partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to participation in academy activities.

Indemnification (Texas)

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my child’s participation or from my breach of this agreement.

Code of Conduct Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that all parents, guardians, family members, and athletes must adhere to all academy rules, safety guidelines, and the coach's instructions. Unsportsmanlike, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal. No refunds will be issued for disciplinary removal. Parents and athletes agree to follow the stated uniform policy.

Texas Negligence Clause (Required Conspicuous Language)

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS BASED ON THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.

This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct, as prohibited by Texas law.

Severability & Governing Law (Texas)

If any portion of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the State of Texas.
